The four Marian dogmas were born in a movement of praise to the Virgin, of recognition for the value of her "yes" to God, and the role she played in the saving mission of her Son Jesus Christ. Hence, the title given to this essay - Mary Figure of Grace. The Figure shows someone, and if the figure is beautiful, it attracts one to contemplate it. If the figure is that of grace, it is that of the gift of God himself who, by attracting, invites to participate in the gift of himself - the grace - the action of God in us, the being God with us - the Emmanuel being. Mary, Mother of God, is the Mother of grace that configures in her Son the children of God.
