Comentários de Leis is a collection that addresses several areas of Law and aims to clarify and deepen different regimes of Laws, based on doctrinal and jurisprudential contributions, framing and systematizing the structuring concepts of the commented Law. Counting with the participation of several professors and researchers from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and guests external to the university, national and foreign.
