The COVID-19 pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus showed that human behavior is determinant in combating it, highlighting the importance of behavioral sciences and communication sciences in multi- and interdisciplinary work with scientific areas such as public health, epidemiology and others.
