Assistant Professor at the Human Sciences Faculty of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and researcher at CECC — Research Centre for Communication and Culture. PhD in Media and journalism studies at The Social and Human Sciences Faculty of Nova University in Lisbon. Her main research interests are Cultural marketing, radio studies, Publics and audiences Interpersonal and Organizational communication. Communications professional at Group Renascença Multimédia, between 1998 and 2015, with specialization in all areas of Radio Communication. She is author of the books Marketing das Artes em Direto (Lisbon, 2009), and A Rádio Musical no panorama ibérico: estratégias e dinâmicas de comunicação (Porto, 2021).
