Inês Teixeira-Botelho

is the author of “Smarketing” and “Extreme Generation”, a Vodafone’s sponsored book about the impact of new technologies both on digital natives and emigrants. She is author of several publications and books, and works as consultant and advisor on communication, digital media, technology and management for several Portuguese companies. She is a researcher at the CECC — Research Centre for Communication and Culture and lecturer of the post-graduate course on Communication and Social Media at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She worked also as researcher at Centre for Research in Applied Communication, Culture, and New Technologies (CICANT) and she was a member of the COST Action e-Audiences, and now participates in eRead. She holds a Msc in Communication from Universidade Católica Portuguesa with Summa Cum Laude distinction.
