The VI Restructuring and Insolvency Seminars, organized by Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho, took place in June 2020, in webinar mode, given the circumstances raised by the covid-19 pandemic. This event, coordinated by David Sequeira Dinis and Nuno Salazar Casanova, partners at Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho, counted with the participation of several legal professionals such as Associate Justice Fátima Reis Silva, Judges of the Lisbon Commerce Section Fernando Taínhas and Carla Rodrigues, University Professors Pedro Maia and Paulo Mota Pinto and Insolvency Administrator Bruno Pereira. Tito Fontes, Alexandre Mota Pinto and Pedro Malaquias, partners at Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho, also attended the event. The texts now published correspond to the papers presented by Fátima Reis Silva, Carla Rodrigues, Fernando Taínhas, Nuno Salazar Casanova, David Sequeira Dinis, Diana Nunes and Luís Bértolo, which dealt, in particular, with legal issues related to the covid-19 pandemic.
