Where will I receive my order?

At the address indicated for delivery at checkout. There is also the option to pick up the order at the UCP Bookshop in Lisbon at UCP campus.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered?

What to do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

If the order received does not correspond to your purchase or arrives damaged, you must contact UCE immediately using the specific form in your customer area or contact our services via phone (+351) 217 214 020 or email uceditora@ucp.pt

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, but only if your purchase is made online, on the UCP PRESS website.

You have 14 days, counted from the receipt of the item (inclusive), to proceed with an exchange request using the specific form for that purpose in your client area on the UCP PRESS website.

Receiving the item in same condition as it was sold is decisive for the acceptance of any order return.

Can I return my order?

Yes, but only if your purchase is made online, on the UCE PRESS website.

Under article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, you have up to 14 days, counted from the receipt of the article (inclusive), to express your intention to return through a specific location for the effect on your client area on the UCP PRESS website.

Receiving the item in same condition as it was sold is decisive for the acceptance of any order return.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes. At the end of the purchase there is an option to “wrap as a gift”. This service has an additional cost of € 0.50.

When will I receive my order?

We know that the moment of receipt of your order is the most expected and that is why we strive to make it happen in the best way.

Delivery time will depend on the destination, but it should not be longer than 10 working days, except in exceptional conditions such as road blocks, riots, strikes or others outside the shipping services.

Delivery orders placed on the UCP PRESS website are made by our partner CTT and always have a reference number that can be used to track the order status.

If you choose to pick up your order at UCP Booksop, Lisbon campus, the order is ready on the first business day following the order and there will be no costs.

Which are the costs associated with order shipping?

Free delivery:

• at UCP Bookshop on the UCP campus in Lisbon, regardless of the amount.
• throughout the territory of mainland Portugal, regardless of the amount.

Deliveries with cost:

• for the autonomous regions of Madeira and Azores
• to any country in the European Union
• for the rest of Europe

In which countries can I receive my order?

You can receive your order throughout the national territory, in any country of the European Union and in the rest of Europe.

How can I buy on the UCE website?

To make a purchase you must be a registered user.

Can the address shown on the invoice be different from the delivery address?

Yes. When completing the purchase, the user has the option to indicate the delivery address and the address to appear on the invoice. Both can be different from the address associated with the account.

What forms of payment can I use?

At UCP PRESS website, payment for orders can be made in different ways:

• ATM reference
• MBWay
• Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)

NOTE: final value of the order will correspond to the sum of the value of the selected products plus delivery costs.

How to buy on the UCP PRESS website?

• Select the item and quantity.
• Add it to the shopping cart.
• Continue to buy or confirm the order.
• Check that all selected articles are the ones you want.
• Enter the data for delivery. Here you can specify a delivery address different from the one registered in the registered user information.
• Complete the order by selecting the payment method.
• After completing the process, you will receive an email with all the details regarding the order. The email address is the one associated with the registered user account.

NOTE: to complete a purchase it is necessary to enter the website as a registered user.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, just send an email to uceditora@ucp.pt requesting deletion of the account.

Can I change my personal data?

Yes, just log in, access the "personal area" and make the desired changes.

Forgot my password. How can I get it back?

In “my account” section, select “forgot your password?”. An email will be sent to reset the password.

How can I register?

Accessing the client area and selecting the option “create account”. After completing and sending the form, it is necessary to confirm the registration through the email that will be sent for that purpose.

Do I have to belong to the UCP academic community (enrolled student, teacher, collaborator, alumni, etc.) to buy on the UCP PRESS website?

Anyone can buy through our website, just being a registered user.
