Povos e Culturas is the collection of monographs launched in 2018 to continue the homonymous magazine edited since 1986 by CEPCEP - Centro de Estudos dos Povos e Culturas de Expressão Portuguesa (Center for the Study of Peoples and Cultures of Portuguese Expression)  from the Faculty of Human Sciences  of Universidade Católica Portuguesa. The magazine's 21st and last issue was published in 2017. The collection follows the magazine's guideline, addressing themes related to Portuguese culture and its connection to the Portuguese-speaking world and the Diaspora, studying the cultural interaction that the Portuguese presence generated in peoples of several continents and the promotion, through this way, of mutual understanding and approximation.
