João Araújo was born in Lisbon, in December 1985. Having completed his degree in Management and Business Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2007, João joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a strategic management consultant. At BCG, João gained experience in a vast range of different sectors, across very different geographies (Portugal, Spain and Mozambique), until he started his Master in Business Administration, in September 2010. During his MBA, João completed an internship at Lloyds Banking Group, in London, from June to August 2011. In May 2012, João earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. Currently, he works at Itaú Unibanco, in São Paulo, Brazil.

José Tenório de Figueiredo was born in Lisbon in October 1984. José graduated from Instituto Superior Técnico in Management and Industrial Engineering in 2007, having completed part of the degree at the University of La Sapienza in Rome. José joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he worked as a strategic management consultant immediately after his graduation as an engineer. In 2009, he left BCG to work for Save the Children, where he was part of the team developing the 2015 worldwide strategy and launched Save the Children Brazil. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in May 2012 after which he was CEO of Orizon Vision, a technological startup. In 2014, he was appointed by Oxy Capital as Executive Director and Board Member of Grupo Mota.
